HURRICANE BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 100 miles east of the coast of Baja California.
